Remove the remote control battery, then reinsert the battery, I was able to adjust the subwoofer
Great sound from a small bar... Was suprised how good it sounds. Use outside for a bar area just always have to unplug the sub n bring inside as its not weatherproof.
Amazing sound, just hate the fact that I can't connect it to wifi nor Bluetooth, I even tried resetting it, but no luck only works with the HDMI connection
Hello, I have the Samsung Frame TV and I connected the HDMI ARCI cable from the soundbar to the Samsung Frame TV box where it says HDMI ARC, then I connected the Apple TV and another player to other HDMI inputs. So far so good but the first thing I notice is that no audio comes out when I'm on the Apple TV there I have to go to Apple TV/Video and Audio Audio Output settings and check Studio 3D Mini which is in the Temporary section because I can't mark it as Default That Receiver Speakers appears there and when I turn off the Apple TV it returns to Default, that is, I always have to do the same when I turn on the Apple TV. With the other player it's worse, I have an image but no sound and the only way is to switch to the audio from the Samsung Freame television... and I tried several ways to get the audio out of the soundbar and nothing was a disaster. I do not understand how something as simple as plugging in the HDMI ARC does not output the audio and what I also notice is that I do not see that I take the movies on Netflix from the Apple TV with ATMOS sound but because of how I read it and I get the only option in the preview from the movie it tells me that the sound is VISION, that is, I did not read the DOLBY ATMOS, I do not understand, so please, I paid quite expensive for this sound equipment to not be able to use it as it should and to top it off it has limitations. Will not stay connected using hdmi/arc or Bluetooth. Only way to stay connected is to use optical but the optical cable does not stay connected physically to the port. Sound is really good but connectivity could be better.
