Easy to do! Sturdy! Would definitely recommend!
The Dryer for this was defective product and I a hose but nothing to put it in now
This is exactly what I need. The ends are easily installed and do not require additional brackets.
We moved and had to set up our electric dryer. I assumed the metal clamps and aluminum hose would be easy to install--I was VERY wrong. The aluminum hose would tear at every turn, and the metal clamps were nearly impossible to secure. So we bought this instead, and it was a life-saver. It fit securely on the dryer, and it fit well enough on the wall (we still had to tape it to the wall, but at least it stays where it was taped). The whole process was done in 15 minutes with minimal profanity--definitely worth the money!

After struggling with the hose that was already on my dryer, I finally threw a tantrum and ran to WalMart to see if there was *anything* better. Thankfully, there was! This thing went on like a dream in less than five minutes. The hose screws securely onto the caps and the caps slide over the fittings effortlessly. It isn't perfectly tight but that's what the foam it comes with is for (though, it should come with two and not just one, that's my only criticism.)
Easy to use! Works amazing, didn't have to tape together as stated in an earlier review, and the "screws" are just to hold it in place so it doesn't blow off the dryer! I don't know what the other reviewer was expecting but this was so easy my 4 yr old granddaughter could have installed it, and we've been using it for over 8 months with no problems, and no foreseeable problems either! Love it! Highly recommend!
At first I bought an aluminum vent hose and clamps from a big orange store, but when I went to expand the hose (which you were supposed to do) it broke! Super flimsy! So I went to Walmart and saw this with the plastic connector things. I am a single mom and not at all handy but I needed to be able to do my laundry so I gave it a try! It was real easy to do. You just expand the hose a little bit and screw the ends onto the plastic things, then you just push the plastic things onto the vent holes--easy peasy! If I could do it, anyone can do it! It's probably not the best vent hose in the world but it's easy to install and gets the job done, which is--bottom line--what you need.
Total junk you have to tape it together and use screws
Virtually useless. Poorly constructed garbage. How anyone legitimate gave this 5 stars is beyond belief.
