I love these. Pears are one of my favorite fruits. I like the flavor and texture. My grandkids also love them so I try to have these and the peaches on hand.
I have been buying this product for a couple of years. Lately, the pear chunks are too hard and crunchy, like the fruit is not ripe. Pears should be soft. What happened?
I don't know why I tried the pears alone when they were so hard in the mixed fruit. Why is this sold this way? The kids won't eat it and it gave me a stomach ache.
I am so disappointed with the lack of quality of this product. The chunks are hard and have no flavor. It's obvious the fruit is not ready to be processed. I have not been disappointed with the canned fruits. Are there different process requirements for canned fruits compared to refrigerated fruits? I will not purchase the refrigerated fruit cups again. They are not worth my hard earned money.
I purchased a cup of these and even waited a day or two before I went to eat them expecting nice cold soft chunks of pears but every SINGLE PIECE was HARD as ROCKS!! I am very disappointed with this cup of pears and if it wasn't for the fact I literally tried every piece spitting each in the trash due to them being so hard even the small pieces were hard. I should have taken pictures but I'm not going to since its in the trash instead of me..
