[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I have tried canned potatoes. I received a can of diced new potatoes in my VoxBox. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with them at first. I noticed I was out of frozen hashbrowns and needed some potatoes for breakfast burritos. These worked out perfectly, just fried them up in some oil and in no time I was back on track with cooking! These save so much time prepping and cutting! I will be purchasing these in the future.

I fried this in butter with sausage for my breakfast, and it was tasty. It is diced well enough that it works well with leftover roast for home-made hash
These worked perfect for camping and frying up some breakfast potatoes in the cast iron skillet. Much better than other brands I've tried. So much easier than peeling, dicing, and trying cook up some potatoes yourself, which I never seem to do correctly. So much better to just pop these open, add some veggies, salt and pepper, and BOOM BREAKFAST.

These are NOT the 1" chunks I was planning for in my recipe! They are just the standard small diced size. I like bigger chunks in my soup and other recipes. Very deceiving! Otherwise they tasted fine but ...

Once all the water was drained, I took a napkin to get all of the liquid off. I heated up a pan with a little bit of oil and fried them up a bit with some eggs and onions and it was absolutely delicious. They made it quicker since already cut.

My complete order arrived damaged by being thrown into boxes from the packing dept, without pillows nor wrapping to protect the items. All my cans(36) arrived dented and mangled. Totally unusable!!!
This can came dented. I want it replaced.
