This umbrella stand is great and great looking! Sturdy and the wood compliments our wood table/chairs!
For a very utilitarian device, this umbrella base looks just great, and goes really well with my deck and furniture. It is not too heavy, which is an advantage. It was also a great value for the price.
Just bought this and absolutely loved it! It did pass the storm test and it is heavy and a good size for a good size patio table. The design blended in with the deck design...Thanks.
I was happily surprised when I received this. It's a nice, heavy base that seems very strong. Holds up the umbrella I purchased along with it great even without the help of a table.
When I first saw the Umbrella base I was blown away by how beautiful it was! It looks great with the Delahey Patio Set.

I purchased the Delahey umbrella base to go with the nine foot thatch umbrella and the Delahey six piece table set I have from Wal Mart. It was a good price and it of course looks excellent with the Delahey furniture that is sold by Wal Mart. I could not ask for a better looking patio!!! It was not carried in the store and I had the base sent to the store for easy pick up along with the thatch umbrella. Get the umbrella too!!! It is gorgeous.
This product is absolutely not worth purchasing. It is not heavy enough nor is the bottom tall enough to keep an umbrealla from falling over. I've gone through two umbrellas in less than three weeks. The slightest wind will cause everything to tumble over - the stand will come off the ground in a second with the umbrella. So you can not use this as a stand alone.
