This product is good for so many things : skin,eyes ,carpal tunnel etc. just look it up .I purchased this for my eyes and skin .
Like that this is a decent price for 4 mg rather than the 2 mg most products contain since I take 8 to 12 mg of this per day. Dislike that it contains corn oil, most likely GMO which I avoid, but my bad for not having read the label better.
