You can feel the difference right away
I have been using these vitamins for a couple of weeks now and will continue to in the figure because I feel like they promote good health and make me feel better overall. They are a normal size pill and not difficult to swallow. They are a part of my daily health routine.

To have vitamin C in there to help with our immune system. The caplets aren't to big to swallow, so we like that too. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

They are a small size pill which makes it easy to swallow. It also helps support the immune system which is so very important right now.

I saw my doc for a checkup a few months ago and we got to talking about the b12 shot and if it might help. She recommended that I start taking a vitamin B6 supplement so I began looking at my options. The Nature Made B-Complex was appealing because it not only has Vitamin B6 but Vitamin C as well. I've been taking it daily for almost 2 months and have noticed an improvement in my energy level. I'm not as tired anymore and I believe it's helped with my immune system. Some family members were recently sick and normally it passes through the entire household but I was able to avoid getting the sickness. I'm really happy with the results I've experienced and will continue to take this supplement daily.
