I love the screen, speaker and keyboard set-up. I especially am fond of the fact that I was looking for a laptop (Dell and another competitor) and came across this machine. The keyboard and screen are larger than a laptop without the awful mouse on the laptop. So I have the ability to carry a full size computer with the ease of a laptop. The speaker is especially appreciated since it is not a set of speakers with cords or those stupid ear buds which you can not hear other talking to you (I am getting older, but listen to music much louder than I need to).
I am so happy I purchased this AIO from Dell. I looked at other brands before deciding this one was the best option for me. To me Dell computers stand out from the competition, they are well made have great components and last forever. As far as this AIO computer goes, it covers all my needs and then some. Everything about this computer screams class. The HD screen is superb, watching YouTube videos, Amazon movies and even normal tv on it is just amazing. I have to mention the sound from it, its incredible. I wasn't expecting the speakers to be this good, but they are. The keyboard is a joy to type with and the mouse is very responsive. Using Microsoft programmes, email and various other apps on it is superb and they all open up quickly, I'm very impressed. Overall this is one of my better purchases and I'm absolutely delighted with it.

It is so nice to have this compact device do an even better job than one that is much larger. I will always go with an all in one computer in the future and it will be by DELL. The company has excellent service and a very generous and economic payment plan.
We purchased 2 of these PCs, one for my wife and the other for myself. They are very sleek looking and very fast compared to anything I have used before, probably due to the 16 GB of RAM and 225 GB solid state drive, leaving the 1 TB hard drive for lots of file storage. The 27" monitor is a pleasure and very convenient since you can have multiple windows visible at the same time. Even so, and because these all-in-one PCs free up so much desk space, we both connected up our older monitors to provide 2nd screens. The built-in camera/microphone is of a very high resolution, and those we Zoom with have commented on how clear and crisp our images are. The all-in-one package, together with the wireless keyboard and mouse eliminate a lot of cables. The keyboard and mouse are comfortable to use, unlike my daughter's ones provided with a competitor's similarly priced product. We have had a few minor teething problems, most of which I was able to resolve by myself, and one that was sorted quickly by a couple of on-line chats with Dell representatives via SuppotAssist.
I enjoyed using this all in one computer. I have no complaints.

The white color trim and keyboard makes it feel very luxurious, if that kind of thing matters to you. I personally splurged for a computer with higher specs because my previous all-in-one was SOO SLLOOWWW, and let me tell you...it was worth every penny. I also liked the option to finance, very reasonable rates and everything was approved online very quickly. I use this computer for light office work, no gaming, or anything intense and it's perfect for what I need. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone!
It's an all-in-one. It met all my expectations. The after sales assistance was very good, and was one of the reasons i bought from Dell.
