I've had my computer for two months now and I am completely satisfied and happy with my purchase. I use my computer for graphic design work, internet use, movies and gaming. I am a reasonable gamer who has a console game machine but also like to PC game. I upgraded the power suppy from the 300W included to 500W, installed a NVidea 8600 GTS superclocked, and increased the memory to 3 Gigs. The computer runs like a dream. Once I add an Ageia Physx card It will be complete. Love this baby.
Even though I haven't made up my mind on Vista yet and how I feel about it. The computer itself has been well worth the money that I paid for it. The large screen is absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend this to someone looking for a new system.
Dell did a great job with this PC. The silver and white adds a nice touch. I am just amazed at how quiet the machine is. Just a nice quiet hum of the fans. The PC is also powerful if customized with the right options. Good Job Dell! **In order to post I needed to enter a value for my proc, so I selected the E6600 since their is no option for my Q9400.**
DOSBOX allows running old DOS based games, even on Vista.
Great machine!! My old computer was a dinosaur and this new one is so fast and has plenty of memory for all of my itunes songs. I totally recommend.

The LED power light on the front is bright enough to make hand puppets on the other side of the room (I don't know if thats a good thing or bad thing..hand puppets are fun when your bored)
I used the DELL chat support once. Although they were unable to slove a minor problem with Firefox, I was connected immediately and did a very good job of trying to solve thge problem. I would highly recommend this computer.
I am going to ITT Tech for programming so I needed a new comp. I have the Core 2 Quad Q6600 ( 2.4 GHZ), 3 GB RAM ( 2X512, 2X1024), 256 MB nVidia GeForce 8600 GT Video card. This is the best computer that I have ever had. Works like a dream. Only problem is that I wish I could have gotten XP instead, but other than that, this is a great deal.
