PROS:Easy to set up. large viewing screen. Cons: did not know that computer did not come wireless ready. Would liked to have option of ordering prior to purchase. However, wireless adaptor at local office supply store and all is well. Nice comp and would recommend.
This is truly the best computer that i have ever came across it does every thing with no problem i do all my work with no problem and the built in camera just makes it even better .so go out and buy one!
Excellent design makes this desktop easy to transport from room to room if needed. A snap to set up, it has all the basic apps needed to get started and set up your custom preferences.
This product meets and exceeds what I had hoped it would. Would recommend this to anyone.
I am very happy with this Dell. Not having a tower under the desk anymore opened up some space in my computer room. Set-up was a breeze, up and running 15 minutes out of the box. Great screen, great pictures, powerful enough for videos and gaming for my boys. My only caution would be to be sure of where you want to put the screen since all the peripherals and plugins are on the sides or in the back. Just make sure you can access these. In any event the screen is not heavy or cumbersome at all so picking up or moving on occasion is not a big deal. Thanks Dell and Thanks Walmart!
This machine is downright excellent. I think it is as good or better than iMacs that are literally twice as expensive. Windows 7 runs great and I would definitely recommend this system if you are looking for a desktop computer. The only area where I think the system is lacking is the speakers that are built in aren't very good. However, if that is an issue for you there is an audio line out. My girlfriend has an iMac and it is sweet. But when she found out that I paid less than half of what she paid for her Mac she couldn't believe it.
Like the idea of an all in one. Coming from using a laptop. The computer has a great size screen and is plenty fast. So far I haven't been able to get the screen saver to work, but will keep trying. The computer gets turned on as soon as I get up and isn't off until bedtime.
I was trying to decide between a laptop and desk version of Windows 7 and I found this one from Dell. I can't use a laptop at work and I was concerned about it getting too warm if I left it on. This is great for me. It is light enough to move around and only takes the physical space of the screen and keyboard. I invested in a wireless keyboard and mouse and speakers - the built in speakers could be better, but this option might be personal. I also added a router so I can use it anywhere in the house that there is a plug. Set up was very easy - box to coffee table and on in about 10 minutes. I am still getting to know all what Windows 7 can do, but so far I am pleased with the possibilities.
This is a very good product and will do what I need but the item discription is not correct. The graphics card inside is not the ATI Radeon HD 3200 which makes a difference on graphics programs. It is an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500.
it works really fast going on the internet but everytime you do anything, it makes this ticking noise. so i returned it. i didn't like the noise for everything i did.
