Easy to use.
I got this computer in Jan. 2011 the hard drive replaced 2 times .The touchscreen had to be worked on and the physical memory runs @90 plus lots of the time had it looked at 2 times but could not find anything wrong with this computer other then that I love this computer
I have been a Dell fan for years up until my latest purchase of the all in one. I have just currently experienced my second hard drive failure in less than two years of owning this computer. I will have to have the hard drive replaced and then get my software reloaded. Not to mention the photos and music lost again. I hope that Dell steps up and gains better quality hard drives for their future units.
We have had nothing but problems with this All in One from Dell. We frequently get Blue Screen of death crashes while simply typing in an application. The computer has minimal software installed and is used mostly for email, Web browsing and MS Office apps. Many of the Blue Screens have to due with an unresponsive display driver... according to the message in the blue screen. It would have been a nice computer with a nice display and sleek design. But in the end, it is completely undependable. We have external drives where we keep our data because we're certain it will really crash someday and not come back.
