Just got this computer today and I've had it less than 2 hours and I'm very impressed! It was packaged well, charger was packed separately in the box, and came almost fully charged. It's a smaller laptop but that's what I wanted. Looks brand new! I LOVE the backlight on the keyboard! It's quick, easy to use, speakers are great, and I'm anticipating playing my Sims as soon as the game loads. Get this computer! You won't be disappointed! I highly recommend!
It's an awesome computer, but I'm a little disappointed that it can't handle Windows 11. Also, was told that it had a 512 GB hard drive, and it's only 256. I can just get a new one, but I shouldn't have to do that.
The second time I tried to use this laptop it didn't turn on and I was thinking it needed to be charged. But after charging it still wouldn't turn.
