Barista level coffee at the push of a button. Exspensive but exceeeds expectations
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the four days we have had this amazing machine we have been shocked by how easy to use this really is. We did have to follow the instructions and Google a few things (what exactly is a ristretto?) But so far we have loved every drop that has come out of this wonderful fully automatic espresso maker. The best perk so far is that it really does take any type of milk, we have used almond, soy, and oat milk in our cappuccinos and lattes and loved them equally. The ability to change the amount of foam is absolutely what makes these drinks truly customized and keeps us coming back twice daily. Since getting this machine we have literally trippled our coffee consumption because we never realized how much we loved specialty coffee drinks. We do think that some of the plastic parts (nozzles, handles etc.) Could be metal vs plastic for such an expensive machine but overall I believe that it is well made. The only cons are that the cleaning functions are a bit messy (sprays water every where) Nd that you need cups large enough so they can get the milk and the espresso inside them...yes the nozzles are adjustable but not adjustable enough for every cup in the world Super cute design function, when the drip try is full the float comes up and tells you it is time to empty it! Would recommend to anyone looking for specialty coffee at home
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I set up the De'Longhi Dinamica Espresso Machine together. It was easy to follow the instructions, came nicely packaged and was quick to do. The machine is a beautiful piece. After a few cleaning cycles, we were on our way to espresso heaven! We were amazed with the offerings and had to research some to learn more. Within 15 minutes we were trying all of the offerings, frothing oat milk and laughing in our kitchen. Latte's, espresso, iced coffee, flat white, heavy froth...a push of a button. Seriously, that is it. Ok well add the beans, water, and milk but after you give the machine what it needs...push the button. This machine is amazing, and smart, functional and sleek. It can appear to be intimidating but you have to dive in to see how easy it is to use. The machine thinks for you. Just push the strength of bean, what drink you would like that is well represented by and image and you are drinking amazing coffee in minutes. The machine really doesn't need you or a lot of your effort. It has the ability to store your own personal recipes and again, bam at the touch of a button your coffee is ready. The water reservoir is surprising large considering how sleek the machine is. You can make several cups of espresso without needing to add more. The machine came with easy start instructions, a booklet, a scoop, a cleaner and an amazing bag of coffee beans that are delish! Within a day were adding syrups and had become our own baristas.
I love it, I haven't slept since it arrived. I never knew what I was missing until I broke down and bought this beast
Best coffee maker. Just like expensive coffees sold per cup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say this is by far the best Espresso Machine I have come across. The features on this machine is remarkable. Most importantly is the beverage that comes out of this machine. What strength are you looking for...you choose your bean setting. So many cup choices to choose from. I for one am very impressed with this machine and so is my family. We use this practically everyday. You can choose from Macchiato, Latte, Cappuccino and more. The choice is yours. I for one recommend this product for anyone who love the taste of a lite, medium, strong Espresso. See for yourself...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This espresso machine really has all the bells and whistles. Assembly is fairly easy. There are quite a few more parts than a regular coffee maker. I'm still learning how to make different drinks, but making a regular espresso is simple. The bean grinder in the back is so neat! I love than you can use coffee beans or already ground coffee. There's even a function that adds milk, which is pretty fancy. Taking apart and cleaning is also easy. Overall, I'm very happy with this!
Makes very good, repeatable drinks. Downside is incredible water use. Refilling constantly, and emptying a tray full of water each time (this thing must be leaking). The LatteCrema attachment works well, however to remove it, which you must do after each use as it has to be refrigerated, is very, very, difficult. It takes two hands to pull it off, and it's still quite a fight. Seems like something is, or will be broken soon. I can't believe that it is designed to be this difficult.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this a 4 star only because it was somewhat difficult to understand and setup. I wish manufacturers would give directions to someone to read and make sure they make sense before actually printing. Proof to my thoughts, ground was consistently spelled ground which proves no one proof read. Besides directions I was impressed with the taste of my latte and I won't be visiting my favorite latte place anymore now that I have one.
I spent how much and requested a replacement carafe (cracked) and they required me to send a video - really?
