Most cough syrups only last 4-6 hours. I like the fact it lasts 12 hours, longer than other brands. Because it lasts longer, you take less medicine which makes this a good value. My kids thought the grape flavor was better than the orange. I give it to my kids before they go to school & they won't need a 2nd dose until after we get home. It comes with its own dosage cup & the measurements are easy to read.
Not only is the flavor a game changer my child actually looks forward to taking her cough syrup instead of fighting to do so and this writhing 10-20 helps her cough significantly I will never purchase another cough syrup.

Pretty simple to put together %26 sturdy. Great size for our small children, not as tall as other bunk beds, not many stairs to climb.

i was skeptical and hesitant due to the price as well, but wow this thing is the ONLY meds that helped my kids cough calm down. i know the virus has to run its course but nothing else even remotely helped with easing the pain for her. i definitely recommend.
After spending all day chasing boogers and the children that harbor them, there are no guarantees sleep will follow such a hectic day. This formulation works; flavor is not an issue and everyone will be able to rest overnight while the product does what it says. Do not bother with any other brand, at least not for an overnight formulation; absolute blessing.
I am a bargain hunter and will usually buy store brand products. I have never been happy with any store brand cough medicine before, so I thought I would give Delsym a try. What a difference!!! It actually works! I love that I can buy one bottle and use it on the kids and husband. It keeps the clutter out of the medicine chest. I am very happy with Delsym, it works great and doesnt taste too bad either!
This cough-medicine has no alcohol in it so it's good for kids and adults. It tastes pretty good [for a cough medicine anyway]. I like that one dose lasts 12 hours. One thing to note is that it doesn't contain pain relivers or fever reducers - which is a good thing if you are just looking for a cough suppresant.
I was really hopeful with this and spent the money on it to help my sons' coughs...um, no. Not worth the expense. It did not hold up to the positive reviews that I read to justify spending that much on a cough suppressant. I wish i could return but of course it's been used twice.
