This faucet is a replacement for a single-handle faucet in a granite counter top. The installation instructions were easy to follow making the actual installation a breeze. Total time to install was under 30 minutes. The faucet works great and is a joy to use. The faucet can distinguish between a "touch" and a "hold" so that you can swivel the faucet without turning it on or off. Another nice feature is that the flow volume and water temperature can remain constant. The three settings on the pull-out head provide options of a water-saving flow, a shower, and a full-pressure flow. One of the best features is unseen, and that is the weight that is used on the under-counter portion of the pull-out flexible water tube. The weight is in the shape of doughnut so that it "rolls" on the tube rather than clamps on thereby allowing the pull-out head to extend and retract effortlessly. Great job Delta! Now if you only had an equivalent faucet for the lavatory sink all would be well in the world. Canuck
Easy to install and performs better than imagined. Once you have one you can't imagine using a regular faucet again.
We replace our old style faucet (one faucet with two twist handles for hot and cold) with this touch product. It is so much more convenient and the touch feature is the best!! When my hands are covered with food prep 'stuff' being able to just touch with a wrist or non dirty portion of my hand to turn on the water is unbelievably cool and convenient. Love the design, it makes our kitchen appear much more modern, a major improvement. Would recommend this to everyone!!

This faucet is right for the times. The touch activation minimizes unsanitary contact with the handle and reduces the spread of bacteria. Almost worthy of five stars.
i was excited to get this faucet for a christmas present, but for the price just a regular faucet would have worked better. the touch faucet sometimes comes on without being asked and then you always need to touch it to change the temperature, washing your hands to getting a drink. the style is really nice and i do like the pull out head with spray, but not really sold on the touch part.
The faucet looks great and worked fine for the first year. After changing the batteries, it has become possessed. It turns on by itself or shuts off abruptly when you need the water running. I contacted Delta and the customer service rep was helpful. The faucet then worked fine for about three weeks. Then it went back to its erratic behavior. I tried changing batteries, resetting, leaving unplugged for two days, changing the batteries again...nothing seems to work.
This Delta faucet was fun to play with at first, but it isn't at all reliable. The first thing to go was the blue light that told me the cold water was on. The red light would come on for both hot and cold water, but especially for hot water. Sometimes the faucet turned on by itself, perhaps because the fern on my sink touched it. The final straw, though, is that the faucet now doesn't turn on at all. I've changed the batteries, but as a single woman who is not very mechanical, that is all I understand to do. I have spent a lot of money buying this faucet, paying to have it installed, and now calling a plumber tomorrow to fix it. I wish I hadn't bought it.
Had this faucet installed when we had our house built about a year ago. Was installed by a professional plumber. First thing we noticed was that the light did not work as advertised. Just recently the faucet just stopped working, no water, no light. Assumed the batteries were out but did not understand why you could not manually operate the faucet using the handle. Replaced the batteries and it started working again, manually and touch but still no lights. Paid a light of money for a very POOR quality product. Very disappointed in Delta.
