I love my new CD player. Outstanding sound, clarity, reliability -- thoroughly satisfied.
Does exactly what I want and flawlessly competent.
I have been a DENON fan since the 80's. Great sound and features that I really like. Bluetooth capibilities for speakers and being able to stream music. Just enjoy a movie with Elite sound. Systems lasts, still got my first one.
I truly wanted a Denon CD player, but I thought I was buying a 5 CD changer so when it arrived, I was sad to see that it was a single disc player. I never used it, but I could see the quality in the entire product looks and the perfect packaging.
Have owned this player now for a few months and it is a wonderful addition to my audio setup. Pairs well with my NAD C-368 via the optical input. Has a very clean, well designed appearance with reasonably good build quality.
The unit shipped was defective. It would not read the CDs. The Denon help line had no answers. I had to return it.
I own the PMA-600 amplifier, which I love, so I purchased this matching CD player to pair with the amp... well it didn't work. It would not read any CD of any format. All of the reviews of this player were very positive, but it seems like there are some major QC problems. Very frustrating. I of course returned it but it was a major let down. I've owned Denon equipment for decades... this is the first time I've seen anything from Denon be a complete lemon.
