Smooth! Yummy conditioner that smooths and gives hair shine! Smells so good and hair is so healthy. For reference I'm in my 50s and a pool swimmer
College daughter has used this for years, SHINY hair, and smells like the real deal.
I have been struggling with dry brittle hair for the past 3 years. I have used Coconut and Mango shampoo and conditioners which were both great. I tried Italian Red Grape shampoo and conditioner and it is AMAZING. My hair hasn't been this soft in years. I am still trying to figure out which ingredient has created this AMAZING result. Love this stuff!!! Another great feature of Desert Essence products is that they are not heavily fragranced. I have an issue with heavy scented products and these products are so natural and lightly scented. Love Desert Essence!
I bought the Italian Red Grade shampoo and conditioner, basically, for 1 reason, but I love it so much for many reasons, it's the only shampoo/conditioner I'll continue to buy. It's Leaping Bunny certified which the only type of products I buy for me (makeup, facial cleansers, hand soap, moisturizers, deodorant, etc...) or my home (laundry & dishwasher detergents, kitchen cleansers, etc...), but it's also vegan which I try to buy, too. I'll be honest, I was scared my hair would smell like gum or grape pop, but it leaves behind a very faint scent. Basically, it leaves your hair smelling clean without a heavy fake fragrance. I love that it leaves my hair so silky smooth and light. A little goes a long way; I have hair that barely touches my shoulders and I use about the size of a penny. It lathers great and isn't heavy or greasy feeling. Sure, it may be just a little more expensive than other shampoos, but besides it doing a great job, I feel good knowing I'm not buying something that harms animals & is environmentally friendly. I highly recommend all of Desert Essence products, but especially the grape shampoo and conditioner. They definitely made a lifelong customer out of me!

My daughter and I are both gluten intolerant and both use this product! Smells great and makes our hair look great and feel so soft! Best product I have found! Love it!!!!
I bought this for a change and ended up really liking how it treated my hair. And I love the red grape smell! I alternate between this one and the apple one on seperate days.
I love the shampoo and conditioner especially since I'm celiac but there had to have been a better scent option than grape soda grape!
I have been using this product for about a couple weeks. Love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner. Love that the shampoo is organic and the first ingredient is aloe not water. I have naturally curly coarse hair and the shampoo does seem to be a bit drying but the conditioner is good for counteracting that
I've been using this for about 3 months now, and I like how my hair feels. I had previously used the Tea Tree Shampoo & Conditioner, but when I started coloring my hair, I switched because tea tree oil can be harsh on hair dye. I wash my hair with this every 3 days, and condition lightly on non-washing days. My ombred hair color has stood up well with it. The grape smell is a bit too 'candy' scented for me, but it's not overpowering or unpleasant. I would recommend anyone with colored hair to try it.
