I love this product! Being a vegan I am always looking for quality vegan products. This is one of them. Excellent ingredients and great tasting! Recommended.
I have braces which means I'm constantly water flossing and brushing my teeth. I was looking for one that was mild tasting and may help to heal soreness and mild abrasions from braces. This is perfect. I can brush my teeth and drink something immediately afterwards without it feeling like I'm drinking mint oil.
This toothpaste fixed my infected gum. I didn't realize how good tea tree was for gums until my gums started healing after using it. The pain stopped right way. Other toothpastes have mint and I realized that was bothering my irritated gums. It also has zinc which is good for cell growth and maintenance. I'm buying a lot just in case they stop making it.
I am very happy with this toothpaste. I think it tastes great and the texture is just right. I feel good about using this product knowing it has only true ingredients and none of the bad stuff. Looking forward to trying all Desert Essence toothpastes.
This is the first toothpaste I could use other than one other that I have been using for years. Because I have very sensitive teeth and mouth that strong flavors like mint hurt my teeth and mouth. I have searched for years and finally got a sample of this and decided to try it. I was so amazed by how it tastes and works. It tastes more like a light creamy coconut flavor with just a tiny hint of mint. So yummy! Please don't stop making this one. It is my favorite.
I love your toothpastes...they're amazing! You have another one with ginger that I love too. I've had a superficial mucocele (recurring 10 times) for 5 long stressful weeks and I really think it happened b/c I bit my inner cheek and was also using a tartar control toothpaste from another brand. To be totally honest, my husband and I switch between several natural brands and often get one of the ones on sale-and sometimes at Whole Foods Market they run out of all of the Dessert Essence tp. I really believe that your toothpaste healed my mucocele...it's this one-the Himalayan Salt tp that I grabbed last week as soon as I saw it. The cyst I had started healing quickly after I started using it....this is amazing! A miracle! Thank you so much!
The combination of tea tree oil and Himalayan salt makes this toothpaste great. It tastes great, but it does tend to be on the thicker side so make sure you use more water with it.
I bought this item a little over a month ago and waited until finishing my current Toms toothpaste before started on the Desert Essence product. The flavor of the Himalayan salt version is so-so in my opinion- at least compared to the intense mint of my previous toothpaste- but my mother loves the fennel version (which i have not tried yet). Otherwise, it seems like a typical toothpaste and the ingredient list is very good- especially compared to regular drugstore toothpastes. Its great to have non-fluoride toothpaste options.
I use to like the pink Himalayan toothpaste but this time around something has change. There is a high amount of perfume in it. The original one did not taste like that at all . Overall this one taste very bad.
It stinks!!! So sad that they changed it , the smell and taste is horrendous!!!
