Seriously, I have never seen a downspout small enough for this to fit over. My own fault I guess..I read the size but didn't measure. I guess I figured they were all the same generally. So I put hm in the yard with a big plastic grasshopper in his mouth. It's cute, as long as no one sees there's a hole where his butt should be!
