One of the reasons I ordered this panda was because I thought it might scare off the ducks that would visit my front porch. I don't think he scared the ducks, but surely by destiny Tian Shan ended up at the right place - right next to my Chinese plant and Philippine made planter sitting along side his Asian elements. He is very subtle and almost hidden when one walks up to the house hiding under the leaves where he neatly rests chewing his bamboo. He serves not only as a pleasant greeter, but also hides an electrical cord. I knew it was all meant to be when an unsuspecting neighbor stopped me on the way to my mailbox and said, "I love the panda." Guess what? - so do I.
Very pleased with my purchase and will look great in my garden area. The Panda statue has good color and will go great with the pagoda solar lamps l purchased earlier. I would definitely tell my friends who see the panda statue where l purchased it from. I have been buying from this catalog for a few years now and always satisfied.
Tian Shan was given to me as a gift. The panda is adorable and so life like. I placed him in my garden with other statues from Design Toscano. Tian Shan makes me smile when I look at him. He is so sweet and cuddly looking and is a positive addition to my garden.

I bought this for a gift for my son & his wife's new house. The details are fantastic. The picture in the catalog does not do it justice. The size is great & fits perfect in their yard. They are both very happy with it.
He looks good and exactly what i was looking for. I love my panda sculpture. I want one doing something else. I wish you had some different poses for the panda . But, he was perfect in my japanes backyard garden.
Such a pretty sculpture for a quiet garden corner or beside a pond or fountain.
For years I've had a picture of pandas eating bamboo hanging in my living room. I purchased Tian Shan and placed him on a table underneath the painting. He looks like he jumped out of the picture for some tastier bamboo. My granddaughter loves him!!
