Great quality light for a great price! Plus the shipping was so fast, I couldn't believe it got here before Christmas ordering last minute.

good reel easy to install. the back cover can be darker. light shines through. I paint my black.
Came in a damaged box and gave signs of having been returned by someone else but once we got it put together properly it seems to work ok.
bypassed circuit breaker because it was not working
spring is too harsh, you have to hold it so when it snaps back in it doesn't break the backing to the light is transparent, so I had to paint it a dark color so the light wouldn't shine back through
The quality seems to be good. However, all instructions including the warning label on the cord are for a totally DIFFERENT kind of work light. Therefore, I have no way of knowing, for example, the maximum size of bulb to use. Also, if it is to be attached to the ceiling or wall, an outlet has to be within 2 feet or an extension cord has to be used! However, the retractable cord seems to be adequate. I am still thinking about this but I'm leaning towards returning it which is a big inconvenience.
Poor quality also.
