Diehard has always reliable ans hearty products and this is no ex eption. It is easy to hook up and has the power to re charge your battery quickly
This works the same as my 6 amp DieHard charger, nothing new to learn. The big difference is how much faster it is. It has the same microprocessor control as my older charger. The pattern is pound the amps to the battery until it reaches about 75% Then charge at about 12.5 volts until the battery reaches ~ 98% charge, then raise the voltage up to about 14.5 volts until the battery is fully charged. A very clever machine. The Walmart price was the lowest I could find on the internet.
Got this for my hubby. I have used it once for myself. Stated up right away.
This charger arrived on time, in a good box. Unit works great, the chargeing is automatic. I like the ease of setup too.
First, There is no dual voltage capability, it's strictly a 12vdc tester charger, an awesome easy to use tester / charger that can be used on all the different battery types. The well written manual is a must-read to get the most out of this charger.
