These are awesome! Not a yogurt fan, and the gummies are sour and good. Haven't had them that long, but the bloating in my tummy seems to be calming down. I have a hard time sticking to a vitamin and supplement regimen, but not with these. I could eat the whole bottle at once, but I won't. Great product!
Helps my whole digestive system. I've had issues with my gut for many years. Found these great tasting gummies with fiber and now my gut feels a lot better. I would definitely recommend these.
I'd love coupons next time and a larger count bottle. If the "notmal" dosage is to take 2 a day then the bottle should have at least 60 in it fuguring 30 days in a month. As far as taste etc. they are great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I am a physician who treats patient with food intolerance. This company usually puts out hits so I was really surprised to see this product come out. BEWARE, as this particular product contains fructooligosaccharides (FOS) (aka inulin) which serves as the fiber. The only problem is that FOS is also a FODMAP (google it) and it can cause horrible bloating, gas and diarrhea. I would never recommend this to my patients.
