I got to try this pizza twice but I absolutely loved it! I would sprinkle some splap ya mama seasoning and red pepper flakes on it and it was delicious! Now I can't find it anywhere. I've looked in several different Walmart's and it's disappeared. I'm so sad.
This pizza is delicious! if you love pesto....you will enjoy this pizza very much. The mushrooms are very good and taste fresh .... it's hard to believe that this is frozen pizza. Digiorno has always made good pizza but they went above and beyond with the Artisan line!! My only complaint is that I thought the crust would be thinner....but it's still delicious and crisp. Try it! You won't be disappointed.
As a housewife that cooks, let me tell you something about oven pizza. First, you have got to begin with the proper tools. The below reviews did NOT use the tools provided by Digiorno! Simply adjust the directions according to what you KNOW about the oven YOU use people. Now, I have a small Convention Oven. This pizza fit PERFECTLY! Secondly, I checked my pizza as it cooked at the time that Digiorno specified. My husband ABSOLUTELY LOVED this pizza. He does not care for much tomato sauce so, the pesto with a few dollops of sauce was PERFECT. We ❤❤❤ this pizza Digiorno.
I was truly disappointed in this pizza, when it rang up a $1 more at the register that should have made me think twice but I let it slide through. The picture on the box can always make us spend our money. The ingredients looked quite tasty, I liked the crust but I will never waste my money again on this. $5 Hot
Overcooked and dry when you follow the cooking directions. I have a calibrated oven (calibrated by someone who has done this for a living for restaurants) and it came out with charred toppings, no "string" to the cheese as it was dark brown, and a very dry hard crust. Other brands do a much better job at pizza. I used Echo for my timer so, no, I didn't forget to take it out at the right time. Don't waste your $ and appetite with this pie.
