We bought this for our 9 year old granddaughter, and were happy overall with the product. What was disappointing was that, while everything stated we could upgrade to Windows 10, there isn't enough disk space in the unit to actually DO that. She will need to live with 8.1 I guess....
I only got to played with it for 1. 5 hours and turned off by itself due to lack of battery when I first received it. Then it would not turn on despite fully charged. Don't buy cheap stuffs! I'm regret now.
we didn't have nothing but trouble out of these, one shut off and never came back on, had to go elsewhere and buy different ones

Worked great for about two weeks. Now the touch screen does not work. It turns on, but you can't sign on to use it. The size was great. I have a 7" tablet and this was much easier to view.
Nice price, but tablet froze and kicked me off the site I was using, and then moved extremely slow. Still trying to get in contact with seller to start return process, but they have been closed all day when they say they will be open today.
