I was disappointed in the ThermalCare knee pad after all the great reviews on the Internet especially Amazon. The Price is excellent here at Walmarts but they give little heat and keep falling off when walking. Can't go out with these pad on you knee or you will find them on the ground or the floor where ever your are. I purchased two (2) boxes but they are going to be the last boxes I buy. I am over 55 yrs. and the directions state to use a wash or face cloth over the skin because of the intense heat. Intense heat? You get hardly any heat. Forget the wash cloth. The adhesive don't control the knee pad and it keeps slipping down. I hated that..... drove me nuts. The two stripes that on the back of the knee roll around and dig into the back of your knee. Very uncomfortable. Back to the old heating pad.
