When the arthritis in my knees is especially bad, these heatwraps help to calm down the swelling and inflammation.
ThermaCare heat wraps are excellent for reducing pain. I keep them on hand at all times especially now that the weather will be cooler. Of the other brands I have tried, I have found that ThermaCare is the most effective and comfortable.
I was experiencing severe pain in my knee. My husband had purchased a box of these and only used one. I used the second one last night and today is the first time in weeks I haven't felt pain in my knee. I will be purchasing these again as I run and am an umpire. My knees put in a lot of work and Thermacare offered the relief I needed

I bought three boxes of these things thinking (per the reviews) these had WARMTH! The warmth is so minimal that I thought the first one was defective (took it off) but nope! These are just so minimally warm they aren't worth it. Thinking about taking the other two boxes back as these aren't worth the effort to remove the adhesive and apply. If you are looking for warmth then trust me these aren't for you. If you must try these get only one box (you will be disappointed) so you don't have to take back two boxes like me.
