No fizzing at all. It just turned the bottom of the water red with NO bubbles or anything. Itâs my sons brithday and he was so excited to do it and then nothing. He was so sad and dissapointed. Unreal you sell fake crap like this ð
I too wish I could this a ZERO!! This was a waste of my money!! And a HUGE disappointment to my kids. I bought it in the store as a Christmas gift, but had I read the others reviews.. I would've never bought it. Save your money, and buy some ginger, and baking soda!! All it did was turn the water red!!! And ended up in the trash!!! If I only had the box, I'd return it. So disappointing.
Don't buy, horrible product. The nice picture on the box lures costumers but the actual outcome of the fizzing tablet is very disappointing. Very few random super small bubbles coming out, and the water gets a little red color. My 5 year old was very disappointed.
The main ingredient - the fizzling tablet that trigger the explosion is too old that it no longer has bubble. It's a cool experiment, nice poster that has under water aquarium design and explanation of what is volcano. It would be great it they put the experiment / fizzling tablet best used by date.
My kids, my boyfriend and myself were all very excited to watch it and even set the timer and it did nothing. Red a little in the water. Bubbles slowly here and there and then nothing. It was done. Huge disappointment. We were all bummed .
Save your money, the fizz tablet didnt do anything but dissolve and leak colored water out of the bottom.
I would give a zero if possible. There was zero reaction, no fizzing at all. It just changed the color of the water. The whole excitement for a child is that they get to see a volcano errupt...
A real life example of clickbait. Says 12+ but can't even entertain a 4 year old. All it does is turn the water red and make small bubbles for 5 min. Did everything on the instructions right TWICE. Same results each time. Looks way cooler on the box than it does in real life.
Bought this last night. Kids are super disappointed just like me. I'm going to try putting a bath bomb in he volcano and trying again. But that was a super let down. Don't waste your money!
I would give this zero stars if possible. This is an absolute joke. It comes with one fizz tab, so you would expect something amazing, right? I've had bath bombs with more character than this thing. The fizz tab was completely lackluster, barely bubbled, and ran out of steam in less than two minutes. I bought baking soda, vinegar, and food coloring (the most basic ingredients of science fair projects) to make something acceptable to my nephew and niece. Still, from Discovery I expect more, especially for the price. This product was so disappointing that i'm reviewing it anywhere i can to try to save people from wasting their money on this lackluster and disappointing product.
