My son got this and another one of these cars for his birthday. The remotes work on both so he has a blast using one remote on 2 cars. One thing to point out is that these cars when on are always moving backwards in a circle which we found strange at first but he loves it. This is one of the best toys we have found for him...he didn't just throw these to the side after 10 minutes of play. We have had them for about 2 weeks now and he has played with them a lot so battery life seems to be good so far.
I got this for my two year old grandson and within two days he had destroyed it.
I bought this for my son's 3rd birthday and he was real excited about having this toy. Once we put the battries in Mater he took off! That was OK, but the fact that you could not shut it off was annoying and it ate the battries like crazy
