I was surprised by the value and quality in this set. Calphalon is a trusted and known brand and they certainly delivered! I used this to bake cookies and they came out perfectly with a nice crisp bottom but not burnt. Clean up to be expected was easy due to the nonstick. The handle grip is a nice added touch. Def would recommend
They feel sturdy, have a built-in handle. The best feature is there is no need for "Pam". So far nothing has stuck to the surface. Very pleased with purchase.
They are wonderful and easy clean up is the best part. I'm gonna give them as give to the bakers in my family
These were a gift to my sister and she loves them. She has arthritis in her hands so these are a good weight for her. Not to heavy. This set was an excellent value.
Love them but one came out of the box damaged. Had it before and wanted to order it again because it's great. I should have called in when I received the damaged one but I didn't have a chance to.
Definitely performs as expected. Releases easily, no need for silpat. Cleans easily, browns nicely and feels strong but not too heavy. Does produce a slightly crispier result than I am used to but cooking for less time might correct for this if a chewier product is desired. Overall, a good cookie sheet.
I like these pans and bought them because I am replacing anything I have that has a Teflon coating. I also had aluminum cookie sheets, but they get burned and look terrible after a short period of time. These cookie sheets act like the aluminum ones as they tend to warp while baking. They go back to their shape when they cool. Supposedly the coating on these is safe compared to Teflon. So far so good.
Good news is they clean up very well in the dishwasher. Nice! However, I was not expecting the "flex" they express when in the hot oven resulting in uneven juice / oil / broth distribution.
These are a nice weight and size. One arrived with a dent and I didn't feel like dealing with the hassle of returning it. Good basic cookie sheet.
Bought these around a month ago because calphalon has a good reputation and it was time to replace our old set. Both pans collect water and - I don't know how to describe it other than to say they leak every time removed from the dishwasher. Brown and green rust water that collects in the rolled edges. Also, they won't come clean either with the dishwasher or hand washing either. Not satisfied with the purchase.
