The reason for buying this product was for the wax build up in my granddaughter's ears. I thought she would be afraid of the long nozzle used to spray the water in her ear, but she wasn't. She actually helped by holding the wax catching container under her ear! She's 7years old, so that was a big deal! You just have to make sure the distilled water is warm before spraying in the ear. The wax will not loosen with room temperature water. Great product! I recommend it to anyone who has wax build up.
I decided that I didn't need it after talking to my Doctor. I was able to return the unopened item with ease. Thank you seller.
My son's ear was very stopped up with wax. It took a few attempts, as we expected, but we finally got it unclogged and back to normal. Would recommend.

Recently, I have been getting really bad ear wax build up and needed something that would help remove my ear wax build-up in both ears. So i took a chance on WaxRX and it worked. WaxRX works, I had to do one of my ears twice. Now i can hear like normal.
Skip the trip to the doctors office, and DIY... This product worked better than expected, and saved us a minimum of $350 at the doctor's office! Simple process anyone can do... Doctors should be ashamed at charging so much for such minimal effort!
My left ear was totally blocked up with wax. The last time it happened I went to my dr. and he cleaned it out. I have since moved, and going to the dr. can take hours. I realized I would need to wait a few days until I had time. I went to Wal mart and bought several cheaper products. None worked. Some products suggested that the drops work after 5 days. I purchased this one the next morning. it really worked! It took around 20 minutes of continued spraying. At first discolored water was coming with little pieces. then a suddenly I felt it clear up. Then a huge glop came into the basin. The key is the tiny holed nozzle which goes deep inside the ear and sprays with a lot of pressure.
I spent a couple of days with a bad wax clog in my right ear. My hearing was heavily impacted. I tried other options but I think the clog was too deep for other options to work. After trying this once, I can now fully hear! It's so much better. I saw a lot of mixed reviews and this worked for me so hopefully this helps if anyone is in the same situation.
The Internal straw attached to ear spray bottle was missing so the irrigation wouldn't work. I had to call the company and they are shipping out another one. Everything else was intact.
