Just what I was looking for in vitamin K2 with MK-7!! This is an essential vitamin that most people do not get enough of. I am starting to, finally, get into better health and this vitamin is one way to do this. I am, also, taking vitamins that will empower my immune system during this covid thing (lol). This, of course, is not the only thing I am taking to do that. Please do your research

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis lately. The doctor advised that I take a bisphosphonate tablet and then possibly administered with bi-annual injections. I declined, after reading about the side effects of both the tablet as well as the injection. I learnt that K2 and MK-7 are critical for keeping my bones strong, besides proper diet, nutrition and exercise. I don't have any where to measure the effectiveness this Vitamin K2 Mk-7 on me, but I believe what I have learnt from my research and go from here. I have just started taking this last month. I decided to buy 2 more bottles to stock up since the price is good.
Check with your Doctor first.
This has been recommended to add to my regiment of calcium, magnesium and vitamin D for my osteoporosis.
