Just started using it, so don't know if it will work, but willing to give it a try. According to what I've read about this stuff, it's supposed to be good for your immune system, your heart, your vascular system, and for your joints. I am always looking for natural ways to boost my immune system, and I have health issues regarding the other three things this is supposed to be good for, so I've added it to my supplement regimen. Some other good supplements for immune boosting are Turmeric (Curcumin), and Vitamins C
I've purchased this product several times. I'm always pleased with the effectiveness and quality. Swanson's is my fav place to buy supps.

Have been taking Quercitin as advised by my primary. I feel more energy and the bromelain helps with my stomach.
I knew this was helping me. But i did not realize how much until I ran out and did without it for 10 days. I won't do that again!

I think the price is very good for this Quercetin but I haven't as yet seen or felt any difference in my health or well being. However, since Quercetin comes highly recommended by many experts, I'll continue taking this for the time being.
They seem to be doing whatever it is they're supposed to be doing. I'm not a doctor or a chemist. And having the VA for your main medical provider is sometimes very frustrating and trying. Thru all of this my anchor is still and always will be my Savior and Lord Jesus Christ!
I bought this for a friend, haven't heard if it has helped with her allergies or not. I take a different brand for my allergies and it works great. Cats and dust.
