It worked very well %26 I felt more movement in my toes %26 fingers.
Use twice a day with or aftr meals.
I felt a different after I started taking these in replace of my other lipoic acid.
when taking lipoic acid, Na-RALA is the way to go. i team this up with coq10 and acetyl L carnitine for maximum effect
It is R-faction and is a full 100mg, unlike some other brands who has actually only 70mg, even though it claims to have 100mg.
