Generally this is a good dashcam. - Video quality is great, and very flexible, especially from clarity at night. However, on a number of occasions, it just stopped recording audio.... and on 2 occasions, when i needed it, it was missing. I've worked with the Manufacturer / Rep to try a few things to prevent this, however it still happens, at random times, forcing me to verify each trip if audio recordingis actually taking place. Bottom line, I have to send it back...
