I sent this book to my 7 year old grand daughter who lost her first dog recently. It seemed to help her understand her dogs death a little better.
This is a wonderful book for anyone who has ever lost or loved a dog. I gave a copy to a friend who lost his dog recently and he found it very comforting. I am a teacher and have shared it with my students who have lost a pet. Beautiful book with great illustrations. Highly recommend.
This book is so swet and I think helps those who are grieving the loss of family member who had four legs. Someone sent it to us when we had to put our old dog to sleep, and I did the same for my friends when they recently lost their dog.
Perfect gift for anyone who has had to part with their dog.
Our family dog suddenly got sick & had to be put to sleep. This was very hard to explain to a 5 yr old & a 2 yr old. This book is WONDERFUL! It has helped my boys understand where our dog is now. They love for me to read it to them & often carry it around.
This is the ideal book/gift for someone who is grieving the loss of their dog. Such a beautiful book!
Book is great but arrived in a very tight package that was wry difficult to open - ended up ripping dust jacket of the book. Be very careful opening package if book is a gift.
It was a great book following the loss of a fur baby.
It's an OK kids book. I was really hoping for it to explain more, but I guess with children less is more sometimes. Not exactly sure what I was expecting, but I was hoping for more.
