[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dollar shave club starter set is a very good set to get if it is your first time getting razors from dollar shave club. It came with a 6 blade and 4 blade refill, which is great for testing out which refill you prefer for future refills. The handle has some good weight to it and was very easy to attach and release the razor. For me, the 6 blade is good because it gives a very close shave. I would highly recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For sampling the 4 blade and the 6 blade razor blade from Dollar Shave Club. There is a huge difference, notice the way it glades for 6 is smoother, which makes sense since it's a 6. I have used the older model, as a matter a fact I am still using it. Glad there is a newer model. But especially how razor can get, this brand for razor is one of the great deals.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a 6 blade razor and I absolutely loved it. It gives a close shave without any pulling. I didnt experience any cutting either. Overall I am really impressed with this razor
I received this product free in exchange for my honest feedback and I got to say I love this razor my skin feels soft and smooth no razor bumps these razors are very gentle on the skin. I let my husband test one of these razors and he loves it says, it's the best razor he's ever used and will be switching to Dollar Shave Club. I highly recommend this product.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the first #freeproduct that I have received from #tryitwithtopbox. I used both dollar shave club six blade and four blade starter razors set and both Easily glided on the legs and arms while shaving and it has a grippy handle. I loved the six razor blades. And I would repurchase it for sure.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very solidly built razor with a very nice grip. It glides smoothly along the skin and doesn't tug anywhere. I did find connecting the handle to the blades a little bit difficult and found the easiest way to connect it and get it to stay was to go in at an angle. I found that the six blade cartridge was a bit of a closer shave.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the Dollar Shave Club Razor - 6 blades vs 4 blades. Hubby tried both and said he actually preferred the four (4) blade over the six (6) blade razor. He said the six blade was rough as though he hadn't shaved in several days. He said the four blade seemed much smoother to him.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very familiar with the Dollar Shave Club brand. They are kind of the pioneers of the affordable, low cost blades. Most of their products I like, this one I am not a fan of. The blades are pretty standard. The 4 blade I like, it's sufficient for a close shave. It's sharp and there's no tugging, just a smooth shave. I like the 6 blade, it also provides a close shave. The issue on the 6 blades being so close together, hair gets trapped easily. The biggest issue I have with this set is the handle. It has a little weight to it, that part feels comfortable for good control and it's nice looking. The razor's grip is bumpy, ribbed, with an almost pointy texture and I do not find it comfortable to hold at all. This may be no issue for someone else. The 4-blade cartridge was the best part of the test drive.
Have only used the 4 blade cartridge, it pulls when shaving. replacing with the 6 blade will update after usage
Ive been ordering razors from dollar shave club for years. So when I saw they were selling them at Walmart, I was ecstatic. I had mistakenly purchased these because I thought they were The Executive razors. I assumed they had rebranded the box. Big mistake! Unfortunately, these razors and handle are way cheaper in quality than the original, The Executive. The razors are flimsy and they come off the handle easily. The built-in trimmer blade is completely useless. I would not recommend these specific razors to anyone. Just stick with The Executives.
