When I ordered this product I was pretty sure about what I was buying. It looked to be very comfortable and reasonably priced. When I recieved it through site to store express I got it home and It was very easy to assemble also. I'm 6months pregnant, and I put it together with no help. I love the seat cushions. They're a tan suede, and the side pockets I'm sure will come in handy. Also, It glides very smoothly. Overall, It's the perfect chair. I can see myself using it with or without having it in the nursery!
Very easy to set up. My 13 year old daughter put it together in about 25 minutes. I purchased my glider 2 mths before my due date and have been enjoying it on nights when I can't get to sleep or my feet are swollen. It could be just a little softer but The price is excellent . I shop several places for the same or similiar product and they wanted at least 100 dollars or more. I can't wait to rock my baby in it.
My mother in law bought this glidder for me because I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted a glidder. I saw it on display at the store and just knew that it was the one I wanted. She bought and we got it home. My husband put it together with no problem! He didn't even read the instructions. Of course, he's kinda handy like that. Anyway, when I first sat in it I just sunk into it. It's very comfortable to me and it's so easy to rock, or glide. I absolutely love it! It looks great in my nursery and fits perfectly. Great size! I put a blanket that my sister made and a matching pillow it in that I made on it to finish it off. My baby's not even here yet but I all ready use it. When he's kicking real hard I sometimes sit in it and rock back and forth... he stops kicking. I think it puts him to sleep. It's Great!!!!
I am a penny-pincher - I admit it freely. I usually buy the cheapest I can find and since I also work with Wal-Mart I also get a supplemental discount so this was the glider I bought. I may have bought cheap but it has been a very pleasant surprise at how comfortable it is. As most of the reviewers have stated already it is a good idea to place a pillow on the chair for your lower back but beyond I have no complaints. My girlfriend uses it daily and loves how smooth it glides. The ottoman, which I thought would be a hassle to use, is perfect. It glides right along with the chair and is very comfortable. The darker color of the wood combined with the lighter cushions makes it fit right in with the pieces already in place here and it has become the centerpiece of the living room. Everyone wants to use it. Setup was simple out of the box. My girlfriend's 17-year old son put it together in under 30 minutes and it was a perfect assembly. The easy to follow instructions made this a snap. I would recommend it to anyone on a budget(or not on a budget) as it has served us well and I expect it to be in our living room for years to come.
I bought this glider beacuse it matched the rest of my furniture and is very pretty. It was easy to put together and is a good price for a nice piece. It is roomy & comfortable, you can easily use a nursing pillow in it.
Looked around awhile before chosing this one. Its not as comfy as the higher priced chairs but will do for the middle of the night feedings. Chair fabric darker than whats pictured. Very simple to put together, I did it myself at 8 1/2 months pregnant. Great deal.
For the money, best value in my nursery! I put it together all by myself (8 months pregnant) and I AM NOT very handy! I would recommend anyone looking for a rocker glider for a nursery to buy this one! Does not take up a lot of space either!
I BROUGHT THIS CHAIR AND I REALLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT . WHEN IT ARRIVED I WAS SOO HAPPY , I GOT 2 DAYS EARLY. I PUT IT TOGETHER IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES, IT'S BEAUTIFUL QUIET AND GOES WITH MY DAUGHTERS ROOM SO NICELY.....LOVE IT, THERE IS JUST ONE DRAW BACK..THE VISABLE SCREWS ARE NOT SO HOT BUT I'VE COVERED THEM WITH SOME PEGS FROM ANOTHER PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT I HAVE SOO IT WORKED OUT
I purchased this chair for my bedroom as a place to read and wind down after a long day at work. I assembled it myself, with only one small problem; one of the pre-cut holes was a hair off--it was remedied very easily. The cushions on it are a little stiff and not very cushiony, but I feel that this will get better after I've sat in it a few times. I suggest getting a pillow to go behind your back, as I have done. It is a very pretty chair, and since the cushions are tan, it should go with most color schemes. I think that this is a good chair for the price I paid.
Glider is very easy to assemble. Shopped around for others before deciding on this one - choose it because of the great price. It is actually very comfortable and looks great in the nursery.
