My hormone specialist is the one that told me to get these. They dissolve in your mouth and ive been using them almost 3 months and my bloodwork says they are working. alao starting to feel better along with hormone replacement therapy. im a post menopausal women age 59 and with this tablet and my hrt the regime is working for me.

Great product with reliable quality. I prefer this 5mg size as it allows me to split up my full daily dose (10mg) over a few hours, which seems to work better for me. To be clear, as I see another reviewer was confused below: each one of these pills is 5mg and in dissolvable tablet form, so they can be taken even without water. I've used DHEA from a few companies and this one has become my preferred brand, both for quality and for the convenience of its form and dosage size.
Can be a bit bitter however I don't mind. Dissolves pretty fast under my tongue. Bloodwork says it's working so I'm happy.
Always hard to tell if a supplement is doing what it should be, but it's a reputable brand. They don't taste good, though, when you let them dissolve in your mouth. Not gag-worthy, but just bitter and unpleasant. Unless you can't swallow, buy capsules instead.
