i love this hairspray! it is great for everyday wear— it provides hold without being overly sticky or intense. i do think the applicator could use some work— it gets stuck a lot. but overall great, and i love how it doesnt use harmful aerosols!
Bought this hairspray since I wanted something that didnt smell as strong and really like it. Leaves my hair soft and still smells good. Great hairspray if you dont like the smell of aerosol.
Holds very well! Clean scent that isn't too irritating or headache inducing! I like how it doesn't have aerosol, and has simple packaging! Easy to wash out in the shower, and doesn't leave much residue.
I love the scent of this spray and I love their micromists but this hair spray just isnt it! For extra strength hold, my curls sometimes dont last the day and the ones that do are sooo crunchy! I try and find a balance between crunch and curl, but sometimes I use less spray and then my curls dont last that long! But they still look pretty cute I think Dove Extra Hold Non-Aerosol Hairspray
It holds my hair very well, its smells ok but it leaves sticky flakes when dry... and its imposible to make another hair style without washing my hair with lots of shampoo.
I used to love this product before you changed it to aerosol! I'm gonna have to find me a new brand. It doesn't hold nearly as well
What used to be labeled as Style + Care is now Control & Shine, same UPC. So disappointed in the new formula. The smell is overpowering and the hold is stiff and sticky, nothing like the old formula. More ingredients in new formula also. Old formula (Style + Care) first two photos. New formula (Control & Shine). Please bring back the Style + Care!!
I loved the old formula. I hate the nee. It makes my hair feel gooey. Now to find a different brand that doesn't. I I never give reviews so you can see this is so disappointing.
I purchased Style&Care hairspray for the first time because I have been pleased with Dove soap/body wash products. I am appalled with the sticky residue the hair spray left on my leather recliner. I sit in the chair all the time and have never had this type of residue on the leather in the past. Now I'm trying to figure out how to remove the residue without damaging the leather. Not happy!
This is a hair spray I will never buy again. Either the nozzle is poorly engineered or the spray is too viscous. After each use I have to rinse and scrub the nozzle after each use. Otherwise it clogs and nothing will come. This is not time efficient for me.
