Products are great! Not good experience buying from website

This ad was very misleading. I ended up paying over 6.00 for one small (40ct) package of fabric dryer sheets. The ad clearly stated a case of 12 (40ct) for the price I paid.
The way the product is advertised you would think you're getting a case of the product. However, you are only gonna get one box of 40 sheets for more than you would pay in the store. Either let people know exactly what they will get or give what is being advertised at that price. I will be sending it back.
When i purchased this online it said it was one case of 12 boxes of the downey 40ct sheets. When it arrived it was just one box. I paid over 6 dollars for 1- 40ct box which is just extremely overpriced. If it was a mess up and wasn't suppose to be a case then cancel my order or I should have at least got a price readjustment. Extremely disappointed. Will never buy online again.
Bought a case of 12 and only 1 box was shipped. They refunded money and said they couldn't fulfill my order.
This was advertised as a case of 12. Only one box arrived. They did credit some of the money, but I would have preferred to have the product. Waste of time and extra effort for me to use the site to order. Way too expensive for a box of 40 dryer sheets.
Listing states you will receive a case of 12 boxes. However, you only receive 1 box of 40 dryer sheets. A lesson learned...
