Love April Fresh scent
When I bought a new washer with all the bells and whistles, I expected my clothes to come out smelling clean. Not so. That's when I started using fabric beads, downey beads added with detergent at the beginning of the wash dissolves completely, softens my clothes and leaves it with a light (original) downey scent that lasts for a few days. I love cuddling up with my freshly washed quilt with that infamous Downey scent. And it makes my bathroom smell fresh when I hang clean towels washed with Downey beads. *NOTE: My dog has sensitive skin so I can only use unscented detergent on her blankets..nothing with fragrance.. including these beads.
I absolutely love the downy products especially the beads! Keeps my laundry smelling so good all day long! I normally use the April fresh but I'm now loving the cool cotton scent.
This product majes sure I can still enjoy the Downy smell and benefits. I had been buying the liquid form, but I found the Downey ball did not open anymore in the rinse cycle, or pouring the product into the rinse container spilled into the wash whenever it wanted. This is not Downeys fault, but I'm so glad to be able to still get that lovely smell and softness.
I like that this scent is more fresh than perfumy. I use it in my work clothes and it really helps them to smell good after working hard in my clothes all day. I also use it in any clothes that need a little more freshness. Not to overpowering.
call it the works cause it actually works the smell the softness everything its meant for and suppose to do works your clothes will smell great and be as soft as a pillow love actually putting it in a spray bottle and using for air freshener and to spray my clothes to get wrinkles
I only use these when I wash towels and sheets, they make them extra soft. I no longer have to looks for the softest towels and sheets cause when I wash them this just makes is so much better!
I enjoy the scent booster because clothes smell fresh even after sitting on the shelf or in drawers. Towels smell fresh in the linen closet for months.
I bought this not to make the laundry smell better, but rather to use it as vacuum booster like the Arm %26 Hammer stuff. It's better than that crap because you can fully get it up if you make enough passes over the carpet, it won't clog your vacuum's filter, it won't have you sneezing in a matter of minutes, and it won't smell bad after a few days. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because when you pour it onto the carpet, the beads may bounce everywhere, and they can get under couches, coffee tables, etc., and so you have to use the vacuum's hose to get them. Despite that one negative, I would highly reccomend this product as a vacuum booster.
I did not receive what I ordered. I have yet to receive a message back from the seller. It is bad customer service not to at least respond with an answer as to why.
