[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This week, I switched out my old stuff for the Downy Infusions. I was very pleased with the scent. It smells better than my usual go to softener. As for softness. Its hard to tell, because I have hard brown well water. So I usually buy for scent alone. And I can say, that I will be purchasing again. And even my husband was impressed. I actually got a phone call with him telling me. He loves the way the clothes smell. Win Win for all.

I had assumed that manufacturers just change the scent around and market it as a new and different product. Every day is a new experience and I'm always open to new ideas and products. I have been using 'Downy Infusions Botanical Mist Liquid Fabric Conditioner' for the past two weeks and I feel that gives me a good enough time to confirm that this product truly is different from every other softener I have used before. It not only softened my clothes and sheets, it has also reduced the amount of fuzz I see on my families clothes. My children's summer clothes go through a number washes in a week and I feel they are still vibrant (less color fade) and not as stretchy as they used to be. As for the scent, it is very pleasant and calming. I did try the 'Rubbing activated scent' claim made on the product and surprisingly it is true. When I rub on the fabric I do get the smell. As for the smell, it makes you feel like you are smelling something fresh with a hint of a flowery base. I think the smell is not too overpowering and they do have the right balance here. I have a high-efficiency washing machine and I love the fact that it is compatible with it. Using the conditioner definitely reduces the dryer static, but I feel you will still need to get dryer sheets if you need static protection. I found out about the dryer static while washing a 900 thread count bedsheet. Once out of the dryer the bedsheet was less wrinkled and was easy to iron.

It smells so good and the smell actually lasts a very long time even my husband loves it and he will not let me use anything else besides this stuff! He is picky about his clothes and if they stretch out he won't wear them but this stuff helps protect your clothes from stretching so that's another plus! And if you have sensitive skin I believe this will be okay for you because my husband has sensitive skin and this hasn't made his back or anything break out! I would definitely recommend trying this out it hasn't let me down!

My clothes are so soft and smell amazingly. Someone has even asked what perfume I was wearing, and it was the smell of the Downy infusions! They just couldn't believe it smelled that good! I'll never use another fabric conditioner!

When i was drying my clothes it made my whole neighborhood smell amazing. I love that this kept my clothes fresh until the next wash.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG! This stuff is smells AMAZING! My laundry hasn't smelled better. Especially my towels. Is it pretty sad that I sniff them when they come out of the washer, again after the dryer, and once's more right before I fold them?? I think I may have an addition to this smell. I'm very picky about my laundry and have to smell everything before I buy it and everything has to match (yes I'm a little OCD) not only does it make your laundry smell fantastic but it leaves them super soft too. I can't stand having stuff as a board towels so this is an added per for me. Thanks Downy I'll definitely be back for more of tbis
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my downy botanical infusion conditioner in the mail two days ago. Yesterday I did bed clothing and decided to use it for the first time. I've used some softeners that once the load is washed you can't smell it but this was a different experience all together. Raising the washer lid you get a pleasant smell. After the bedding dried the scent was still there. The ultimate was when my special needs son went to bed and said why does my bed smell so good? This morning he woke up and after eating breakfast I discovered him back in bed. I asked what he was doing and he said smelling my bed. So downy is a success!
Smells so refreshing and clean. Leaves my clothes feeling super soft. I think this is one of the best fabric softeners out there, however I took off one star because I wish the scent was a little stronger. For the price, packaging, and effectiveness I definitely recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell of this Downy fabric softener--it's so fresh and clean! I use this on my towels and whites, but I have to use almost twice as much as the instructions on the back say for it to actually soften.
My major issue is with the shipping. I'm sure the Downy will work fine as I've used it for years. My issue is a lost a majority of the product. The box was wet and when I pull out the product, of course, it spilled. The box, I think, allowed for to much movement and had no bubble wrap to keep the product stable.
