I've started on my second bottle. It has stopped my cravings for sweets. Doesn't mean I don't like sweets anymore, but I don't have cravings for sweets as I once did. Also, it happened pretty quickly. It didn't take the whole bottle to know if it was helping.
I have been taking this product for close to 2 months. I bought this supplement because I like the ingredients in it (Berberine, green tea, etc) and did have general concerns around maintaining a healthy blood sugar level. I noticed that I don't crave sweets like I did before, I don't have to urinate as frequently (I used to be up all night going to the bathroom, even during the day time) or have thirst issues at night to constantly drink water when I take this supplement early enough in the day or morning time. On the days that I forget time take it, I notice the difference.

I bought this as a gift for my husband, who has type 2 diabetes running in his family. Better to prevent it with low carbs and good supplementation like this, than to have to deal with the condition later on. So thankful for Dr. Berg!
I haven't been taking these Blood Sugar Support capsules by Dr. Berg only about two weeks now and I can't really tell that much of a difference except my ankles don't swell like they did before taking these pills and if I miss a day and don't take them I can tell a difference because my ankles will swell again and I will feel sluggish and tired. Hope this helps someone! Thank you Dr. Berg so much! I really appreciate someone that actually wants to help ppl instead of just trying to make a fortune off of us! I'm also taking the Cruciforus Veggie Supplements by Dr. Berg but only for about a week now can't really tell much about them yet! Again thank you so much Dr. Berg and team!
After starting this Blood Sugar Supplement my A1C has come down more (I had to have surgery and was out on Worker's Comp, and was stressed, which made my A1c go up I did not stop keto. I was just stressed) I don't get sleepy after a meal.
This is a miracle, no more shots. When I started taking the blood sugar support my blood sugar started dropping causing me to cut my insulin dosage. Now after three weeks taking the supplement I stopped all of my shots. I am not craving sugar anymore and I'm losing weight.
I actually use several things along with the Blood Sugar Support. Currently I get numbers between 110 - 140 most mornings when I check my blood glucose. It is usually because of what I ate the day before which I can often figure out. Sometimes I don't have a clue why my numbers are up.....but compared to a year ago when they were running 235, my numbers are way down!
