Great cream soda with good old-fashioned vanilla flavor, and doesn't taste like the can! Some other brands are only good in their bottled form, but Dr. Brown's got it right.

Dr. Brown's Cream Soda is as good as (If not better than) most of the high ranking brands. I found Dr. Brown's Cream Soda to be pleasant tasting and thirst quenching with no bitter aftertaste. I look forward to my next Dr. Brown's Cream Soda that I purchase when I shop online at Walmart.com . AB
This is the original cream soda . They are so good. Anyone who likes a cream soda from back in the day, should buy a case!
