[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a typical week, I jog for about three miles each time, four times a week. After my jog, I usually encounter bruising on my large toe with resultant pain even though my running shoes fit a little loose. I cut off a piece of the padding and it applied it directly to my big toe. The padding was very comfortable and sat well in my jogging shoe. The padding allowed my toe to fit more snug and minimized the friction of moving back and forth in the toe area while jogging. The padding was very firm and didn't slip off the toe area. After using the padding multiple times, it was very easy to remove and did not leave any residue on my toe. I was very impressed with the performance of Dr. Scholl's Molefoam Padding. The padding is very thick that contributes to its comfort and protection. Dr. Scholl's Molefoam Padding is a great performing product and I give it a 5-STAR Rating.
I've been using this products for decades. It's amazing. I just came back from a hike without the proper shoes and had to send my staff to get me moleskin, because I can barely walk. You put it right on the blister and keep walking. I've taken this with me all over the world. Whenever I travel....Moleskin comes with me. It's that simple.
I use these to train for and walk marathons. They are the only thing that works for me. I've bought everything imaginable. For some reason I can walk up to about 8 miles and then I begin to get hot spots on the soles of my feet. I found these and they fixed the problem. I've tried other brands and they don't work the same. Some brands are too thick. If you need a thick padding, try something else. That's why they call them skins. I take one sheet, cut it in half, trim the corners and stick them on the soles of my feet. I put on my socks and shoes and I am good to go the distance. One warning, don't use lotions or moisturizers on your feet before putting these on. Avoid lotions even the night before because the residue will cause the moleskin to slip when they get hot. You will learn how to place them for the best use. I take them with me when I travel in case I need them for other sore spots that might show up from different shoes too. The other brands are not the same. I have to order these online because they are hard to find in my area for some reason.

l like that it helps soften the strap on my CPAP.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Dr Scholl's Molefoam Padding a couple of weeks ago. This is a great product that can be cut to size and shape as needed. I have a pronating foot that has pressure points that rub on my shoes. This item helped to relieve most of that pressure. The thickness and softness is perfect.
Before Dr Scholl's changed the adhesive and the packaging, I felt like this product was a true life-saver for me. I have severe hammertoes that cannot be addressed surgically because of other medical reasons. I had tried every brand of moleskin with padding and every ball of foot product, but none had a decent adhesive. But, when I tried Dr. Scholl's Moleskin Padding, I could, by layering, pad the area surrounding my hammertoes and walk without pain and without pad slippage. I lived a normal happy life for a few years! Then Dr. Scholl's switched to an inferior adhesive; now the padding will not stay on long enough to even get my shoes on. So, from having a normally active life, I am virtually home bound as walking is just too difficult and painful. One has to wonder why companies make these kinds of changes.
I have used Dr. Scholl's molefoam for years and have been very happy. However, my most recent purchase was not useable. The product has been changed and is very stiff. It will not conform to the curvature of the foot. Formally, despite its thickness it was soft and pliable. I have attached a picture of the product purchased last year and the new product. They are totally different.
i never received them through shipping
I was very disapointed with the Molefoam. I was looking for Moleskin but the store I was at did not offer it. The foam does not stick, as other review stated you have to tape it on. As I said I was looking for another product but settled on this because it was a Dr Scholls product, next time I will not settle. Would love my money back.
