It definitely gets things moving in a gentler way than many OTC options. The label says 1-2 capsules for 7 days. My experience: 1 capsule for 2 days...
This is amazing, I wasn't expecting this great of results but j can honestly say this was worth it and it works amazing just make sure you have the time to use the bathroom because this stufff cleans you out !
Such a great cleanse. Very gentle and does not make you cramp! If you are looking to reset yourself, this is DEFINITELY the best detox I have tried. Starts working the first night. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I first foumd this from my husband buying it off amazon... It is the STRONGEST colon cleanse I have ever used. It really works, I dont use it the whole 7 days, just 2 is enough for me. Be prepared to go when you need to. Anddrink lots of water, stay hydrated as directed.
