Mild with little to no smell. Does not irritate my skin and does not dry it out.
I personally would recommend this soap. It suited my needs perfectly as I was looking for a soap product that did not contain any scent or additives. My order was for several bars which should last me a little while and when I'm ready for a replenishment, I would most certainly not hesitate to purchase again.
I like Dr. Woods and I turned this into large amount of liquid castile with ease and then tooth soap. Very mild, more than the Kirks castile which I like. Every one enjoys the tooth soap and it made a difference in husbands dental checkup in short time. The organic liquid Castile by Dr. Woods are thinner than Shea Vision varieties for your information.

It has been four years since I've been using this site. When I discovered Dr. Woods soaps my skin has been fantastic. I use this one on my face and finally my pores don't clog up.
Dr. Woods Baby Mild Soap is very gentle, mild and unscented. If you are sensitive to perfumes and/or have sensitive skin, this is a wonderful soap to use. This soap will not make your skin dry. There are no harmful parabens or phthalates, no lauryl/laureth sulfate free and no petroleium derivatives. The soap is made in the U.S.A. and the company does no animal testing. It was pricy and not as moisturizing as othersoaps I have purchased. I have dry skin and another brand had more moisturizer in it. Itwas ok but my skin is still dry.
Best hypoallergenic bar soap I've ever used and thought I had tried them all with varying degrees of satisfaction. Lathers nicely, rinses easily. No irritation.
I guess this gets the job done and with no bad chemicals yay!. But you can not get it in eyes at ALL! Just the soapy water burned my 2 yr old's eyes. I will not purchase again.
