I love this shower curtain it is very basic in which you can cordinate any other toweling colors with..not too girlie, but not too serious. Perfect for the first time apartment owner, such as myself who was glad shower hooks were included.
It's hard to see in photos or know exactly what you're going to get when you order online but I was delighted to see how well made and pretty this actually was. Each little dragonfly wing is a peice of satin ribbon... too cute! My only complaint is that the dragonfly shower curtain hooks are plastic and a bit cheap but I just picked up a set of satin dots the same night I picked up the shower curtain and now the bathroom looks AMAZING!
This shower curtain is made of fabric so a liner will be needed. It's simplicity and the earth tones make it very attractive. Definitely a great buy. It went backorder but I received it in about 2 weeks. So, don't let that discourage you from ordering it along with the matching bathrug (a bit small but cute).
I recieved my shower curtain as a gift and it is perfect. I love dragonflies and this curtain cordinates with everything in my bathroom. I only wish the dragonflies on the hooks had been a little larger. I also wish there had been matching window curtains.
i got this set at christmas time and love it. its simple but not plain, soothing. even my husband likes it and hes hard to please with decorating. great quality, the package says dry clean only but i washed it in the delicate cycle and it came out fine.
I've had this shower curtain for several years and I love it. The colors are very neutral. It is simple but elegant. The fabric is light and very natural unlike many curtains which are polyester and appear cheap. The dragonfly theme is subtle, not flashy or gaudy. The only problem is that the curtain does very easily show water marks, but it washes very easily. I actually bought two and used the second one to create a window treatment. Very good value.
The product definately suceeded to give the bathroom an elegant flair. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to give their bathroom the look like an interior designer did the job for a fraction of the cost. With the proper accessories it would be great.
bought the shower curtain set, rugs & 3 peice accessory set. hooks are brushed nickel and lotion dispensor is shiney chrome. all colors match. curtain is embroidered w/dragon flies. bodies are machine stitched winds are ribbon embroidered in a light beige satiny ribbon. the material is heavy like a muslin cotton. you will need a liner to protect it from getting soaked in the shower! I chose clear, but cream, white or beige would be good. brown would make the shower too dark unless you have a window in your shower. looks washable and the top and bottom strip of brown fabric are sewed on quite nicely. it is packaged so few wrinkles when taken out of the package.
Shower curtain is nice, but the hooks that came along are not what I expected. They are decorative, but they are not sturdy (made of plastic) and the hook part that goes over the curtain rod, keeps falling off and the curtain only stays on rod by few hooks.
I did read less than glowing reviews for this before I purchased, so no one to blame but myself. However, the material is very thin, wrinkles easily, and the dragonflies arr just ribbons knotted through the fabric, so they constantly come untied and pull out. Again, if you are looking for a matched theme in the bath with the dragonflies, just buy a nicer curtain in a plain coordinating color. This looks like a rag after only a couple week's use.
