Sugar cravings gone
Tablets taste ok. Delivery came in 4 days. I will order again. Not sure if they help with blood sugar as of yet.
Not worth the money, they did not do anything to effect my blood sugar and they are HUGE to swallow. I actually had to break them in half to swallow they were that big.
There is maltodextrin in these tablets! Maltodextrin has an even higher glycemic index than table sugar which causes a spike in people's blood sugar.
My wife bought this product in an effort to reduce her blood sugar. She said that she could not tell a difference and will not reorder it.
